Foundry Flasks are custom built to meet your own requirements. There are, of course, certain manufacturing standards which apply to sidewall formations, sandstrips, pin centers, etc.
Our manufacturing facilities are flexible - we are by no means limited to the construction styles shown here. So if some specially constructed flask is needed, tell us the requirement and it will be engineered to your specifications.
Engineering drawings of every flask are always submitted for approval. This double checking of all construction details is one of several reasons why your Shanafelt steel foundry flasks are always correctly and accurately made, and come to you ready for work, without alteration of any kind. |
