Triangular Bead top Flange is standard on all Shanafelt corrugated boxes construction. Considering all directional stresses, this type of flange is two and a half times stronger than conventional double roll flange construction. It provides the additional strength and rigidity needed at the top of our corrugated boxes to resist material impact.
Corrugations of 1/2 in. radius on 3 in. centers provide the necessary strength and rigidity in the corrugated boxes’ sides. This full radius extends around the outside corners of the corrugated box without distortion. These features make Shanafelt corrugated boxes the best in the industry. |
